Shipping and Returns
Artwork will be Dispatched within five to seven ( 5-7 ) business days. Delivery times and cost may vary based on location.
A notification will be sent to you with the shipping information of the artwork.
Every order is handled with extreme care. Your artwork is fully insured against loss and damage.
Please Note, The receiver will be responsible for international custom/import fees and taxes which vary by country. Please check with your local postal service or customs agency. Jane See Art is not responsible for these additional charges.
I'm so certain that you'll love your new painting that I personally guarantee your satisfaction. If you aren't completely happy with your painting, for any reason, you may exchange or return it within 7 days of receiving it.
To initiate a return, please repackage it in the original packaging, and email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Artwork must be returned via a trackable and insured shipping carrier, and the tracking information must be provided.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sales items or gift cards.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If an artwork is damaged in transit, it is fully covered. You may request an exchange for a gift card/voucher to the equivalent value of the artwork purchased. Gift card/voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
Note, Damaged artwork must be returned via a trackable and insured shipping carrier, and the tracking information must be provided.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping fee is non-refundable.
